淄博嘉源幼稚园首届“宝宝美食俱乐部”活动

为了让孩子们在家也能吃上既科学又营养的饭菜，让家长们详细地了解幼儿园的饭菜制作过程。2012年12月26日下午，嘉源幼稚园精心筹备的“宝宝美食俱乐部”活动拉开了帷幕。


本次活动共向家长们介绍了花样馒头、蜗轮酥等4种面点及五鲜大炒、香芋黑鱼煲等4种菜肴的制作方法。在伙房师傅们讲解制作的过程中，各位家长看得认真，记得仔细，不时地向师傅们提问、请教，不漏掉任何一个步骤。


通过现场观察饭菜的烹调方法，家长们了解了科学的烹调知识，如：绿叶蔬菜要整棵焯水再切配烹调，才能最大限度的保证营养素不流失；胡萝卜只有用油类烹调，或同肉类同煨，才能保证胡萝卜素很好地被人体吸收利用。


    当美味飘香的面点新鲜出炉，家长们忍不住诱惑先尝为快；当色香俱佳的菜肴“盛装入席”，家长们情不自禁地鼓掌感谢。“幼儿园的饭菜种类真多呀”“太好吃了，孩子送到这里我们很放心！”“今天学了，才知道变换花样并不难，回家一定亲自做做试试。”家长们一边品尝，一边赞不绝口，还有的家长则把学到的菜肴列入到新年菜单中！
    “宝宝美食俱乐部”活动以后将不定期举行，希望家长中的厨艺高手也能推荐展示自己的拿手好菜，与大家互动交流。让我们家园共同努力，让孩子们吃得更加科学合理！吃出聪明的大脑，吃出健康的身体！
