全新的教研 别样的收获
上周，部分教师参加了由总园韩园长组织的教研活动，感受颇深，收获满满，为了让我园的全体教师感受这种别样的教研模式，5月9日晚，我园对上次教研活动进行了克隆。
本次活动由我园首席教师王燕主持，主题是 “爱心跳蚤市场”价值点的确立及活动详案的设计。
活动中老师们的情绪始终高涨，每个人都主动参与，积极思考，与大家共同分享自己的智慧与创意。在智慧与智慧的碰撞中，在思维与思维的交流中，亮点纷呈，火花频现。就拿活动价值点的确立来说，就出现了诸多从受助者、教师、幼儿园角度来确立的价值点。在活动详案的设计中，义卖守则的制定、现场气氛的烘托（背景音乐、条幅、音响的准备）、保健药箱的配备等等等等，都是上次教研活动中老师们所没有想到的。
活动从5:40——8：00，两个多小时的时间里，老师们集思广益、通力合作。整个活动过程紧张、刺激、活泼、有序。此中，老师们感受到的是体现平等、自主、参与、独立、思考、质疑、共享、倾听、接纳内涵的教研的魅力。
