2013年9月29日晚，世纪南园二楼音乐大厅内，灯火辉煌，掌声不断，笑声此起彼伏，老师们汇聚一堂，正在倾情讲述“我与孩子的故事”。


孩子的世界是晶莹剔透的，他们个个都是一本耐人寻味的书，虽然我们的工作看似平淡、琐碎，但细细思索，娓娓道来，那小小的的琐事也能编成一串串动人的故事，给人以感动、欣喜和思考。


活动中老师们对故事进行了创新的表现，她们或讲、或演、或模仿，生动的语言、丰富的表情、得体的肢体动作、抑扬顿挫的语调、逼真的故事场景，将一个个富有童趣的故事展现的惟妙惟肖、淋漓尽致。更欣慰的是通过故事折射出了老师们先进的教育理念和巧妙的教育策略，如中二班《阿牛的故事》，老师们顺应孩子游戏的需求，满足了男孩阿牛当“产妇”的愿望，在笑声中引发了大家的思考：教师应做孩子的支持者、合作者、引导者，遵循幼儿学习与发展的规律，满足孩子探究的欲望和兴趣……..


本次故事会，让老师们在忙碌中静下心来，去聆听发生在我们身边的故事，去品味工作的乐趣。透过这一个个真实、有趣的故事，既提升了大家的教育智慧和策略，又找回了幼儿教师的职业幸福感，更坚定了大家从事幼教工作的信念。


让我们用爱为孩子们撑起一片自由翱翔的天空，在充满童趣中继续着“我和孩子的故事”吧！
