市直三园炊事人员技能比武
多年来，我园的伙食品种丰富多样，深受孩子们的喜欢。我们在注重食品花样的同时，更加关注餐具洗涤消毒和食品制作过程的科学性、合理性，让餐具更加干净卫生，并最大限度的保存食物营养素，进一步提高食品的质量。
12月2号，我们开展了一次别开生面的“市直三园炊事技能比武”活动，总园及分园的每一位参赛人员动作娴熟、流程科学，转眼功夫，干干净净的300套餐具（碗和餐盘）、各具特点的“五鲜大炒”及“蔬菜下脚料创新菜肴”摆到了评比台上。
通过比武，我们进一步完善了餐具洗涤消毒和菜肴制作过程的标准，把更加科学合理的操作关键点运用到工作中去。相信，我们的炊事操作过程会更加科学、更加健康，从而进一步提升饮食健康水平，为孩子们的成长保驾护航。
